Ch..ch..ch..ch..changes
I’ve started my new job this week and it’s going pretty good, the first day I was kind of worried about whether or not I would like it or not, but I think I lot of that had to do with it being my first day back from vacation and it is a completely new job.
It’s also tough because this job has never even existed before, so it’s kind of like we have to figure out what we need to be doing and the best way to do it. It’s pretty tough when you don’t have any guidance on what to do, but I think things are going pretty well so far. I just hope this new Pipeline product goes over well. It’s pretty exciting to be a part of it, but if people don’t but into it, then we might all be out of jobs. That wouldn’t be very cool at all.
But aside from all that I’m ecstatic to be done with my overnights (I still have one left, but that’s it) and I can rejoin the rest of the world.
Whitney and I are doing great, she’s been going through a lot of stress with grad school lately, but it’s mostly because she’s nearing the end of the semester. In a couple of weeks she’ll be done with school and work so that’ll be a good chance for her to kick back and relax.
And finally, I hit my first birdie the other day while playing golf with Tim. It was a par 5 and I reached the green in 2 and almost made the eagle putt, but it lipped around the edge and left it about 4 inches from the cup. I was kinda pissed I didn’t get the eagle, but I was plenty happy with the birdie.
