Not too good….
I’m at least thankful that I was able to see New Orleans for one last time before this massive storm came through. I’ve had the luxury of being able to go to a football game in the Superdome and being on the field, as well going down to the French Quarter and the Garden District. I’ve had beneigts at Cafe Du Monde, and hung out in Jackson Square. Been on the Riverboat, and been to the top of the World Trade Center (their version) to see the city from up high. I’ve had nothing but fun in that town everytime I’ve been there, and I hate to see this happen.
I only hope that they can recover from this to make the Big Easy the fun loving town that it’s always been. I actually got to go over there about 3 months ago so it’s been pretty recent. Just hoping that the worst of it is already passed and the town will be what it once was again.
