No more overnights!
Well I’m just about done with these overnights. I’ve got this weekend and then I’m taking off a couple weekends. We’re going to be throwing an engagement party on the 16th so I’ve taken off for that weekend, and also some of my friends from high school are getting together for a “Reunion” the next weekend. So I just figured I’d go ahead and take that week in between off as well. I mean they give us 30 vacation days, of which I’ve only used 10, I might as well use em all while I can.
I still don’t know what I’m going to do with that week. There’s a million things I’ve been meaning to do that hopefully I can catch up on. I’d also like to do some fun stuff too though.
For now I’m just excited about not having to work these ridiculous hours. It takes an entire different breed of person to work that shift, and I don’t have it in me to keep that up for too much longer. (Especially since I’m working some overnights and some days.)
I knew the day would come if I just stuck it out for a while.
