Starting anew
I’m working on getting this new site up and it looks like the blog is the first thing I’ve taken care of. Hopefully I can get this thing taken care of so I can send out my portfolio when I’m trying to do some freelance stuff. It seems like I’ve spent more time working on other people’s portfolios than my own, I need to look out for number one for a little while.
I’m sure I’ll post many times while I’m building this thing, so it’ll give me a good outlet for my venting that no one wants to hear about (but yet will read anyway).
As for an update on life I’m doing pretty good right now….
Whitney and I have both been real happy living in Brookhaven and I’m enjoying my job pretty well. We’re starting up a new service at work that I’m excited to be a part of, but at the same time it comes with it’s own stresses. Whenever you’re involved with something that’s never been done before you all have to figure out what it is you should be doing and how to do it. I think it will all work over time, but we need to see what we’re all capable of doing.
The Bulldogs are getting off to a good year so, I’m pretty psyched about that. D.J. Shockley is really coming through and showing everybody what he’s got. I would have like a much bigger win against South Carolina, but we finally beat Spurrier in Athens so that’s all that really matters. I’m so glad football is back, it was getting to the point where it had been way to long and I was going to start gnawing on my arm….ok maybe not that long, but I was really hurtin for some football.
I’ll try to make another post for all of my other tangents…but for now I’ll leave this one alone.
